How long will my order take?

Orders will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days. Shipping times vary by location.

Limited edition products will have different ship times which are notated in their product description.


Can I return the product?

Yes! Please see our shipping & return policies. NOTE: the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping item(s) back to distribution center.


How can I contact you if I don’t get my order?

Please contact our customer service team at merch@hamms.com, and we will do our best to assist with making a claim with shipping carriers if needed. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or for stolen packages.

Our customer service representatives are available from 8 a.m. MST – 4 p.m. MST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We strive to return emails within 24 working hours.

Can I order from outside the USA?

We can only ship to the 50 United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to other U.S. territories.
